Lobby Stairs Cable Railing AmerisourceBergen-Carrollton, TX

One of the Nations largest global pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services companies AmerisourceBergen chose Keuka Studios to build the staircase railing in their new office building. They built their new campus as part of Austin Ranch, in Carrollton, Texas.  The location is a giant mixed-use project that is made up of offices, retail, and housing. The company works to provide doctors around the world with the medications they need including cancer drugs, prescription medications, healthcare suppliers and pet medication.

The architect and designers were inspired, by a Texan aesthetic, so they used accents like leather rocking chairs and an indoor fireplace to create an enjoyable atmosphere to work in. They also included wellness-related features, such as healthy options in the cafeteria, fitness and yoga centers, a serenity area for meditation and a community garden to help employees with healthy lifestyle choices.

The lobby features a three-level u-shaped staircase with Keuka Studios Ithaca Style cable railing system wrapping the stairs and landings. The railing was chosen for the modern slim post and the sleek styling. We custom fabricated the railing to fascia mount to the staircase and have an ADA compliant handrail with stainless steel cables. The top rail is made of aluminum. To maintain a seamless appearance the entire project including the hardware was powder-coated texture black. As a result, the railing is both functional and beautifully accents the lobby decor.
